At bareMinerals, we want you to love your clean beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on products purchased directly from our site. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through our portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days once received at our warehouse.
